7 Day Mindful Eating Challenge
Mindful eating helps to create a personal and mindful relationship with your food. Have you ever just gone through the day without realizing what you ate or why you were eating? Have you experienced overeating or not eating enough throughout the day? Have you ever eaten something and find soon after you have a flare? Let’s work on creating a plan to get it all under control.
Join us for 7 days of mindful eating. We will begin a habit of eating mindfully, learning to take some control over how we respond to the lupus in our bodies. The Mindful Eating Challenge will assist in figuring out how food and our relationship with food has an effect on the lupus we beat daily.
