2️⃣ Move Daily: Regular movement can help improve your mood, reduce anxiety and depression, and increase energy levels.

3️⃣ Get Enough Sleep: Lack of sleep can negatively impact your mental and physical health. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.

4️⃣ Drink 6-8 Glasses of Water: Staying hydrated is critical for maintaining good health and ensuring that the body functions properly.

5️⃣ Takes breaks from technology and social media: Constantly being connected to technology can increase stress levels and negatively impact mental health.
