You have lupus and you have a physical, mental, and spiritual body that ages beyond the issues of lupus. You need to protect your body with prevention, nourishment, and love in the form of movement. Your body connects your mind and soul deeply and just because you have lupus you should never abuse or take your life for granted. It is your duty to keep your temple solid, strong, flexible and balanced beyond the grips of lupus. Practice wellness in spite of the illness that tries to destroy your body.
