May 16 Lupus Fact

Lupus can cause hair to break easily. Inflammation of the skin is often an early sign of lupus that usually results in thinning and loss of the hair, loss of eyelashes, eyebrows, facial hair and body hair. Hair may grow back with treatment. However, permanent hair loss occurs when lupus lesions form on the scalp.

This is your sixteenth butterfly of hope.

We need awareness and a cure!

Encourage everyone you know to let it FLY!
