Crock Pot Chicken
6 Chicken Breasts
6 cut up Green Onions
1 Regular onion
1 Green Pepper
4 cut up Whole Carrots
2 Cups low sodium chicken broth
Season the chicken with your favorite seasoning. Cut up ingredients above throw in the crock pot. Pour chicken broth to cover. Set on low for overnight cooking ( I set it for 6 hours).
Can be enjoyed as a soup you can add noodles last half hour of cooking or a protein over a bed of rice with vegetables on the side. Leftovers can be used for chicken salad wraps and sandwiches.
