FACES OF LUPUS
The Faces of Lupus aren’t always what you see day to day. Many lupus warriors show the beauty while still battling a most difficult fight.
A main Face of Lupus is that of lupus lesions and butterfly rashes. Cutaneous lupus erythematosus is one of the skin diseases in lupus and can cause painful rashes or sores (lesions), most of which will appear on sun-exposed areas such as the face, ears, neck, arms, and legs, but can appear anywhere on the body.
Most times, a lupus warrior will hide this face of lupus in order to just get through the day. Be mindful that every beautiful lupus warrior may be dealing with this issue even though they put forth a face you see as beautiful.
This is a Face of Lupus that is brave, courageous and strong!
