It’s Walktober I hope you are ready to Walk. The purpose of our walk challenges is to help each lupus warrior to get moving. We know movement and exercise can be difficult but we also know some movement is better than none at all. I hope you will join us and ask your friends to as well.
We have plans that you can follow depending on your health and limitations. You can follow the plans or walk on your own plan. We just ask that you walk.
