Journaling is a personal and important activity in life. As children we saw it as a way to free ourselves of the things in the day. But it is not a childish play to be taken lightly. It has assisted people in gaining clarity and perspective in the darkest and most confusing times. Five minutes a day can help you release, renew and refresh in your day.

There is power in journaling! It helps you become aware of your own thoughts and emotions. It helps you see what and who you believe you are. It can help you see things from a totally different perspective. Journaling can help develop self awareness, help you focus, pay attention to self, think things through, be yourself, listen to yourself, connect to your heart and lay down the burdens.
