7 Day Mindful Eating Challenge
Eat with your non-dominant hand. Left if you’re a righty and right if you’re a lefty. If you are ambidextrous use your less dominant hand. This will help to slow down your eating, reset and promote a fresh eating experience.
Challenge: Be patient with yourself as you eat with your non or less dominant hand. Really think about how important it is to take these mindful moments getting your fork to your mouth.
