Eat like a food critic. Take the first bite of your food with your eyes closed. Really notice the textures, flavors and smells. How would you rate that first bite out of 10 points? What was your favorite part of the food?
Challenge: Express gratitude for the food you are eating. Take moments to close your eyes and allow the food to pop out at you and notice each sensation of the bite.
