What Have You Learned?
Today take a moment to reflect on what you have learned over the 7 days. Think about what changes you would like to make with what, when and how you eat so that you can implement what you have learned into your everyday life.
To wrap up, we worked on Cleaning Your Eating Space to Minimize Distractions, Eating Slower to savor the food, Pausing before eating to be able to use our senses more, Eating with your non-dominate or less dominate hand to reset how we look at food, Chewing your food thoroughly to aid in proper digestion, Genuinely appreciate your food to show gratitude and Thinking about why and what we are eating to see patterns.
In just 7 days you have reset how you eat. With small changes and mindfully eating you can change your relationship with food and in turn help yourself with pain and energy.
