Many don’t understand lupus until they hear the walk of a warrior. Flight of the Butterflies, Butterflies of Hope Warrior Stories is dedicated to sharing those stories in May for lupus awareness month.

My name is Tabitha Dolton. I was diagnosed with lupus sle at 12 years old. A little bit about my story. My lupus made my kidney fail. I had to be on dialysis for some years and had my kidney transplant in December of 2015. Now I’m 27 and finally realizing that I am not alone in this lupus fight.
