7 days of Mindful Eating
Creating a ritual of eating mindfully and taking some control over how we respond to the lupus in our bodies.




Day 1
To enjoy your meal fully, your eating space should be clutter free. Start DAY 1 by making your eating area inviting and peaceful.
This will help limit distractions and it invites you to show value for your meal. You deserve to eat in peace. It also creates a less frantic eating environment, reducing stress associated with mealtimes. Finally, it allows you to concentrate on what is important, enjoying the food!
Challenge: Choose one meal to eat mindfully in. Your challenge today is to do NOTHING but EAT during your mindful meal.
