This 8-week plan is designed to help you walk a marathon distance (26.2 miles) at your own pace, in your own neighborhood, while raising awareness for Lupus and creating a healthier you in spite of lupus. Remember, this is a guideline. Adjust the distances or rest days to fit your own fitness level and schedule. Listen to your body and prioritize safety and enjoyment.
