Flight of the Butterflies is a lupus awareness campaign sharing stories of the brave lupus warriors. Many don’t understand lupus until they hear the walk of a warrior. Flight of the Butterflies is dedicated to sharing those Butterfly of Hope stories in May for lupus awareness month.

I’ve been diagnosed with Lupus for 2 years now, first diagnosed in July 2022. Initially, I felt overwhelmed and depressed, facing mental changes, questioning how to handle this new challenge. Despite the uncertainties, I was determined to live my best life. I became an advocate to raise awareness, connect with others, and share my story.
Through this journey, I’ve learned to keep fighting, knowing I have a purpose.
My advice is to never give up; the support from loved ones and the potential for positive change keep me going in my Lupus journey.
Lupus In Color is excited to present Letitia Hill’s story to the world. As a Lupus Warrior she is actively promoting lupus awareness and wearing the armor of strength in doing so.
