Flight of the Butterflies is a lupus awareness campaign sharing stories of the brave lupus warriors. Many don’t understand lupus until they hear the walk of a warrior. Flight of the Butterflies is dedicated to sharing those Butterfly of Hope stories in May for lupus awareness month.

My name is Alliah! I have been diagnosed with Lupus since 2019.
During my Lupus journey, I learned to enjoy life more and that it isn’t over once you’re diagnosed and stay positive.
One piece of advice I would give some who was newly diagnosed is, do your research, listen to your body, and keep track of your symptoms even if you aren’t sure its lupus related.
What keeps me strong on my journey is knowing that I’m not alone and I have a great support system!
