Flight of the Butterflies is a lupus awareness campaign sharing stories of the brave lupus warriors. Many don’t understand lupus until they hear the walk of a warrior. Flight of the Butterflies is dedicated to sharing those Butterfly of Hope stories in May for lupus awareness month.

I have been diagnosed with lupus for four years.
For me, the hardest part of having lupus is the constant pain and hair loss.
On my lupus journey, I have learned to not overdo anything and advocate for myself in every area of my life.
One piece of advice to those newly diagnosed is to do something everyday that brings you joy.
