Honoring your body means paying attention to the whispers and the screams. Our body speaks to us daily. Taking the time to rest without guilt, feeding your body nourishing foods with no shame and moving in ways that are loving and kind all honor your body. Every day honor your body. Love your body. Thank your body for continuing to sustain you.
