Gratitude can be powerful on your lupus journey. It really helps us see the light on hard days. But don’t confuse gratitude with pretending everything’s okay. You can be thankful and tired. Grateful and frustrated. Joyful and grieving. Feel it all. Release the hard stuff and make room for the healing.
Because honoring your full truth, not just the pretty parts is gratitude too.
