Weekly Recap – Week One
Wow, what a powerful first week it’s been on our Healing Out Loud journey! Over the past seven days, we’ve laid the foundation for deep, intentional healing, the kind that doesn’t just touch the surface, but speaks directly to the lupus warrior within.
Each day, we’ve poured into ourselves intentionally and our body responds to that type of care. Proper hydration supports our organs. Grounding practices help calm our nervous system. Restoring boundaries protects us from overextension and flares. Nutrient-rich foods lower inflammation and fatigue. And gratitude? It strengthens the spirit, which in turn strengthens the body.
This first week has shown us that healing isn’t always loud or dramatic. Sometimes it’s quiet, consistent, and deeply personal. But every small shift matters. Every intentional act counts.
