Wellness Action: Do a 5 minute body scan to notice where you are holding tension.
Tip: Close your eyes, breathe deeply and scan from head to toe. Check in with your body.
Affirmation: “I listen to my body with compassion and care.”
Journal Prompt: What part of my body needs the most care today? How can I breathe healing into that area?
Your body speaks long before it shouts. On your lupus journey, those whispers might be fatigue, joint aches, brain fog, or just a deep need to rest. Listen early. Honor the signs. Protect your energy. When you respond to the whispers, you often prevent the screams.
