Hi, my name is Jatcirya Michellee Medina I’m 32 years old Puerto Rican from the boogie down Bronx . I was diagnose with systemic lupus in 2017. My jounery with lupus has been a roller coaster , and it’s honestly has taking a lot from me physically , mentally and emotionally, and it’s hasn’t been easy.
It’s a continuous of relearning myself , and loving myself again and again when I have a new flare or scar on my body. Also Learning to adjust my life style from my career and being a mother.
I haven’t really seen anyone like me who has lupus. So I decided to share my story to world , maybe this may help someone or encourage someone. No matter what you’re beautiful, powerful courageous, keep pushing. God makes no mistakes and he loves you !
