Get moving with exercise or walks for 28 days for at least 10 minutes a day. Move indoors or outdoors, walk or exercise, your choice just get your body moving with Lupus In Color. Participants who sign up & log daily will be placed in drawing for a Lupus In Color armband or warrior bracelet. 10 winners will be chosen.

Logs will be held on Google Sheets. You will have to log daily to be entered for the prizes.
