After the reality sinks in that you have lupus, all you can do is live well in every moment. You can worry, but that will take away from the happy you could have in your now. You can be angry, but that would distract you from purposely living serenely in your today. When the reality sinks in, you relinquish those things that can create a harder journey for you and begin to embrace the special moments in time that you wouldn’t have noticed without the struggle. Let reality sink in. Yes lupus is a hell of a journey, but it’s your duty to make it a chore or a magnificent time to grow in strength and abundance of love. #LupusInColor
