#LupusInColor
Dr. Yazdi speaks about diet and autoimmune disease, such a popular topic. She explains that although there is no consensus on a anti-inflammatory diet to help decrease inflammation there is anecdotal information from people on what has helped them. Some feel better going gluten-free, nightshade-free, vegan, vegetarian, or dairy-free. others just avoid certain foods. recommendation generally is if you do want to make a dietary modification try it for 6 weeks to see if you feel better and notice any changes. please comment any questions below⬇️⬇️⬇️
