Welcome, Lupus Warriors, to the Walktober 31-day Walking Challenge designed to help you build strength, endurance, and resilience while managing lupus. Whether you choose to walk indoors or outdoors, this plan is designed to be gradual and easy on your body, even if you’re struggling with movement. It is designed to help you improve your overall health and well-being. Be sure to listen to your body and take breaks when you need them. You can also modify the plan as needed. For example, if you’re feeling good, you can walk for longer than the prescribed time. Or, if you’re feeling tired, you can walk for a shorter time or take an extra rest day.
