7 Day Mindful Eating Challenge
Day 3 -Pause Before Eating
Begin the meal with some deep breaths and a pause to become fully present. As you breath deep bring your attention to your head, face, and neck, releasing any tension or tightness as you exhale.
Challenge: Use your senses as you eat. Notice the colors of the food, how the food smells, food textures, and any sounds of your fork hitting the plate or your chewing.
Meal Affirmation: I am free from old patterns and habits that involved food. I appreciate and give thanks for every aspect of the food I eat.
