Staying hydrated isn’t just a wellness trend — it’s a vital part of managing lupus. Water helps your body flush out toxins, supports joint health, keeps your skin glowing, and can even reduce fatigue and brain fog.
When you add a pinch of sea salt or lemon it helps your cells actually absorb the water instead of it just passing through.
Important: If you have kidney involvement or restrictions, always talk to your doctor before making any major hydration changes. Your hydration needs may be different.
