Wellness Action: Do a 5 minute grounding practice. (Barefoot outside in grass or feet flat on floor inside)
Tip: Close your eyes and breathe slowly, imagining roots growing from your feet into the earth.
Affirmation: “I am grounded, present and safe!”
Journal Prompt: What helps me feel safe and supported when life feels uncertain?
When you ground, the Earth’s natural electrical energy can flow in your body. This can help reduce inflammation. Grounding is a free and easy way to support your wellness. A way to help you feel a little more balanced, connected, and a little more relaxed. A complimentary practice that can yield benefits on your journey.
