Empower Yourself: “Stillness is sacred. In my stillness I can find my truest self.”
Wellness Action: Take a moment to listen to calming music or sit in nature and listen to the sounds.
Tip: Grab a cup of herbal tea and just sit outside or sit by an open window or door.
Affirmation: “I invite peace and stillness into my mind and spirit.”
Journal Prompt: What does inner peace feel like to me? How can I tap into it daily?
Sometimes the best thing you can do on your lupus journey is simply be still. In the stillness, you hear your body whisper, you feel your soul breathe, and you tap into your truest self. You know the part of you that’s more than lupus, more than pain, more than struggle.
Give yourself permission to pause, to rest, and to realign with who you are at your core. Your stillness is powerful and your truth is enough.
