Laughter really is medicine. On this lupus journey, the body may ache and the days may feel heavy, but laughter has a way of lightening the load. Every giggle, chuckle, or full belly laugh reminds you that joy is still possible, even in the midst of pain. Allow yourself to laugh, it soothes the soul, eases the stress, and heals in ways medicine can’t.
