We get it Lupus makes us sick… but we can’t stay in the sickness it brings us. We need to leave the reality where it is and retrain ourselves and find reason to get back to LIVING in spite of…. Life is supposed to be good for us, all we need to do is LIVE and no longer allow Lupus to speak in volumes and distract the LIFE we have been given to LIVE! It’s not easier said than done, It’s easier done when said and concerted action follows! #LupusInColor
