March in place for two minutes, do 10 Sit ups and 10 leg lifts.
Repeat twice
There are so many different ways to get moving. walking is the easiest way, but if you can’t walk small exercises like sit ups and leg lifts will do. Make it fun and change it up so you don’t get bored.
