Today, do 30 crunches and 30 bicycles. Rest for 60 seconds and do it again 2 times. Take your time!
You aren’t in competition with anyone but yourself. Do what you can, when you can as you feel up to doing it. Don’t feel bad if you need to take a break. It’s Okay!
