It’s hard to adjust to lupus. Having to stop some of the things you used to do can be a big blow to your soul. It’s important to reestablish yourself in your new body and learn some new things to replace those you can no longer do. It brings you some semblance of the newer you without keeping focus on the you you used to be. It’s a new you not a you that is worse off.
