- Advocate — Speak up about the gaps in lupus care, the racial disparities in diagnosis and treatment, and the urgent need for more research and resources.
- Rest without guilt — Give ourselves and our community permission to honor fatigue as a real, valid part of this journey.
- Fly — Choose to First Love Yourself, even on the hard days. Especially on the hard days.
