Charles’ Kitchen is a small family owned caribbean restaurant. All entrees are authentic made with fresh ingredients. Chef Charles grew up in St. Lucia and St. Thomas and has a passion for cooking. He takes pride in his knowledge of herbs and spices and how to blend them producing amazing flavors.
