Tip: Try getting morning sun. Use sunscreen or sunblock SPF+50 and protective gear, sunglasses, hat, clothes with sunblock embedded into it. Your health comes first!

Nature can be healing, but for lupus warriors, safety comes first. The morning sun is your friend, its gentle rays can boost your mood, regulate your sleep, and give you a dose of Vitamin D without the harsh UV that can trigger flares.
Step outside early, soak in those quiet moments, breathe deeply, and let nature restore you, safely and softly.
